Classically trained from age six on Piano, violin and vocals, Peter comes from a 3rd generation woombye family, locally born and bred on the Sunshine Coast. His diverse involvement in the local music scene started with 12 years of participation in Sunshine Coast Music Eisteddfods, sunshine coast youth ochestras and the Nambour Uniting church gospel choir. At age 14 his mother bought him a Joan Jett and the Blackhearts album; he bought an electric guitar, formed a punk band and as the story goes, the rest is history.

Peter has been performing in South East Queensland for close on 20 years as a soloist singer/songwriter, bandmember and session musician and has a number of original album collabarations under his belt. His experience as a musician and arts worker has seen him employed as a producer, project manager and musical director on many local album and arts projects.

He currently manages a Entertainment Production and Management Company called Elevenpm.

ElevenPM has recorded and produced over 500 regional musicians and bands over the past 9 years.

Peter currently teaches guitar, singing and piano at Matthew Flinders Anglican College and runs music mentor workshops locally and throughout regional Queensland. He performs regularly at local Christmas Carol celebrations, community events and wrote and sung the Lorry Loco song which still remains nambours official sugar-train mascot for Sunny Coast children.

Over the past 5 years Peter has been the President and Music Development Officer with CARMA (Cultural and Regional Musician Association), a non for profit group that advocate and support young people on the Sunshine Coast looking at developing a career in the music industry.
